I've just got back from here and I had the best time in Aiya napa! Good thing: the position of the hotel is close to shops and restaurants and a few minutes walk from the strip! The restaurant at the hotel were good with generous portions! The reception staff were good and speak English. After we had reported it we heard from a number of other groups of people that they also had money stolen while staying at the hotel with no sign of forced entry to their rooms!!! Real shame as apart from that I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff at reception did not seem bothered at all either. €800 was stolen from our room one night while we were out when ALL our doors and windows were locked!!!! We reported it to the police as obviously it is someone who has access to the room who had taken the money. So we decided to keep our money in our rooms. The hotel generally is quite good for a party holiday however, if you are planning on staying here BE CAREFUL!!! We had been told a couple of weeks before someone we know had valuables in a safety deposit box in reception that was robbed. Music throughout the day, near Nissi Beach, near the strip etc. The hotel is brilliant if you are in a group of young lads/girls. Rooms were as you would expect - liveable but nothing fancy. Travelled to Ayia Napa last year and had heard the Anthea was the best place to stay so thought we would try it this year. I strongly recommend Kandi beach party and Pambos pool party - these 2 events were the highlight of my week and I already can't wait for my next trip there. I had a great holiday in Ayia Napa and would definitely return again. If the red and green apartments arn't available for your chosen dates I would still recommend Anthea as a whole, it is a 2 minute walk away from the strip, 2 minute walk away from a convenience store, 2 minute walk away from Pambos hotel where the pool parties are held and 5 minute walk away from the Main Street of restaurants and shops. We made friends with several different people staying in the Anthea apartments and whenever they came into our room they would mention how much nicer it was compared to theirs. They are part of the Anthea block, so have all the perks of the Anthea apartments like the perfect location and access to the pool area, but they are privately owned so they are much cleaner and have been recently renovated. ![]() ![]() You can even choose to stay for a bit longer and enjoy your night with the music choices by the guest DJ's on the parties frequently organized. To anyone strongly considering staying in the Anthea apartments, I would recommend looking at the "Red and Green apartments". When the night comes, and before going out to the famous Ayia Napa night life city center, don't miss the new cocktail bar and restaurant, offering a variety of choices for dinner, cocktails, wines, beverages and refreshments. Children are always welcome, so remain stress free while your children enjoy the secured kids pool which is located next to the main and second adults pool. Enjoy your sunbathing, relax, have fun with the specially organised events and refresh yourself for a party night. During the day, relax in one of the three pools, each with its own pool bar, ready to serve you with delicious snacks, revitalising cocktails, beverages and refreshments. The friendly staff are ready to meet any extraordinary needs or requests you may have. The visitors can also enjoy a full breakfast buffet, delicious meals, lunch and dinner in the new restaurant with a menu designed to satisfy everyone's needs. Each one has its own balcony or veranda and is equipped with kitchen and kitchenette for your convenience. All the apartments are spacious, bigger than the average rooms offered in Ayia Napa. ![]() It consists of 286 rooms in three blocks, half of which were recently renovated in order to meet visitors' highest standards. Anthea Hotel Apartments is a First Class, self-catering hotel ideally located in the center of Ayia Napa resort, very close to every major attraction, activity and sightseeing of the town.
